MTECH Dairy Solutions is an innovative Wisconsin-based company founded by dairy producers for dairy producers. Based in Cashton, Wisconsin, we are a second-generation, family-owned business with third-generation family members now becoming involved, carrying forward our tradition of quality service, strong relationships, and real-world problem solving. The company is led by Phil Mlsna, who oversees international sales and long-term product direction, while Jesse Mlsna leads equipment development and manufacturing, designing, building, and refining the systems that power MTECH dairies around the world. Together, their hands-on leadership keeps MTECH focused on real results for real producers.

Our equipment lineup is built around improving cow prep, parlor flow, and overall dairy efficiency. The MTECH Teat Scrubber Prep System provides an extremely efficient and reliable way to wash, disinfect, brush dry, and stimulate cows prior to milking. The MTECH Teat Sprayer delivers consistent, accurate pre and post application and can be configured as a stand-alone unit or fully integrated into the parlor for dependable results every time. Our Brush System is designed to provide uniform, gentle stimulation while reducing labor and improving prep consistency across every shift. The MTECH Forage Separator helps dairies manage feed quality and consistency, giving producers better control over what their cows receive every day.
